| Extra details | 'Ian Hicks - Rutland CC' on top tube. Perhaps he had this frame painted and hand lettered. Much too nice to repaint. I am led to believe through a couple of sources that the paint and lettering was done by Dick Swann when he was at Hetchin's. I think that makes it original paintwork. |
